Rigid, bayonet-like leaves with sharp pointed tips, can reach 30 inches long and have thready filaments along the leaf margins which emerge from the virtually trunkless, multi-suckering yucca. Flowering stalks tower 2 to 3 feet over the leaves displaying cream colored loose clusters of bell shaped flowers mid spring to late summer.
